Eyelash Extensions

Longer, thicker lashes without the hassle of curling, perming, or using mascara.

Eyelash extensions are made of natural or artificial fibers and available in assorted sizes, lengths, and curls to match your natural eyelashes. They are applied to your original lashes using eyelash extension glue applied by certified professionals. There are three main types of extensions available: classic, volume, or hybrid. Eyelash extensions are not permanent, and they normally fall off with your natural lashes about a month after the treatment is performed. We’re pleased to provide these specialized services!

We also offer enhanced services:

  • Henna Brow Tint – a natural approach to achieving thick brows that can last up to 6 weeks
  • Brow Lamination – a perm for the eyebrows creating a set form and shape
  • Lash Lift – curls your lashes from base to tip using a safely formulated solution
  • Lash Tint – Semi-permanent safe dye is applied to the lashes that can last up to 4 weeks

Extension Information

Sòlas Rejuvenation + Wellness uses individual lash extensions that are entirely different from strip lashes, cluster lashes, and magnetic lashes. They are applied to the natural lashes one-by-one and are generally more comfortable (and more popular) than other lash enhancements.

Eyelash technicians may add one extension per natural lash in a classic set, 2 – 16 in a volume set, and a mix of both in a hybrid set. There are several lash extension styles to enhance the shape and appearance of your eyes, including: natural eye, cat eye, doll eye and natural sweep, among others. Classic

Simple, beautiful, and natural-looking, Classic eyelash extensions are typically applied on a 1:1 ratio, meaning that for every natural lash, an extension is attached. Classic extensions may not add volume, but they do add length and provide an even lash line that opens up the eye.

Hybrid

A blend of both classic and volume lashes, Hybrid eyelash extensions give you the best of both worlds. Hybrid extensions are sometimes referred to as a “mixed set” and they offer texture and volume, but without the sometimes unnatural or “heavy” look of volume lashes.

Volume

Providing a minimal length and volume or a dramatic and full look, Volume eyelash extensions are applied using a technique in which multiplied lash extensions are fanned out and attached to a single natural lash. This process can take longer than other extension services.

Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)

Will eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes or my eyes?

One of the popular myths surrounding lash extensions is that they can damage your natural lashes with recurrent wear. Eyelash extensions don’t damage your natural lashes when they are applied by an experienced technician using the proper techniques and tools.

Using the appropriate length and thickness that the client’s natural lashes can support safely is important and every lash technician should be aware of this.

Can I get eyelash extensions if I’m pregnant?

While it’s safe to get lash extensions while you’re pregnant, lying still on your back for a couple of hours might be uncomfortable or demanding, especially if you’re in the second or third trimester.

Do eyelash extensions hurt?

When an extension is correctly applied on the natural lash, it shouldn’t hurt. That’s because it doesn’t contact with your skin at any point. Actually, the application process is so relaxing that many clients often fall asleep during the session.

Can I get eyelash extensions wet?

Yes, you can get lash extensions wet once the curing period of four hours has passed. If you get your new lashes wet before the end of the curing period, it can negatively affect the retention of the extensions.

Are eyelash extensions only for special occasions?

While lash extensions are an excellent choice for special occasions, they are also perfect for daily wear. Unlike strip lashes and other temporary fixes, lash extensions tend to last for weeks. You don’t have to remove and re-apply your extensions constantly.

Can I wear eyelash extensions over extended periods of time?

Yes, you can wear lash extensions for approximately two to six weeks without any hassle. Regardless of when they shed with your natural lashes, lash extensions don’t cause any irritation to the eye or lashes.
